I have been having smoothies for breakfast lately and been enjoying this Banana, Date + Strawberry Smoothie. It tastes absolutely amazing, and the best thing is that you can alter the ingredients to suit your needs.
This week, I have been making mine with Suncoast Gold Macadamia Milk, which I was likely to receive a sample of. It is delicious!! But, you can also make with almond or coconut milk.
I have also been having a scoop of Coconut Protein Powder from 180 Nutrition or Raw Protein by Amazonia, to make it more of a complete meal. If you are short on time in the morning, then I highly recommend trying this smoothie. It is super easy to make and it will fill you up to lunchtime.
- 2 cups macadamia milk (or your favourite milk)
- 2 bananas
- 4 medium-large strawberries
- 4 medjool date, pits removed
- Optional – I scoop of coconut or raw protein powder
Blend up all the ingredients until smooth.
