This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or as a snack when you are wanting a healthy option that takes no time to make. It is made with only 3 ingredients and will keep you full for hours.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

Recipe ingredients - banana, almond milk and raspberries/

Banana – I used a fairly ripe banana in the photo above which is perfect for eating. However, I prefer to use a banana that is yellow with brown spots for my smoothies.

Almond milk – You can use any dairy free milk to make this smoothies. I also like to use oat milk, coconut milk or macadamia milk in my smoothies.

Raspberries – you can use fresh or frozen raspberries. If you do use fresh raspberries, then add a couple of ice cubes to make it nice and chilled.

Coconut milk, oat milk, macadamia milk or any other dairy free milk will work well in this smoothie.

Can I use regular milk?

Sure you can! This recipe with any types of milk, whether dairy or non-dairy.

Should I use fresh or frozen raspberries?

You can use either fresh or frozen to make this smoothie. However, if you use fresh raspberries, I would add a couple of ice cubes as well to ensure that the smoothie is chilled.

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana cut into chunks
  • ½ cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk or your preferred dairy free milk
  • 2 Ice cubes if you are using fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • Make Smoothie . Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
